The manual pilot
Patty provides software-assisted preparation fulfilled manually by Christian Kai. The interactive workspace is an illustrative example, not a live automated drafting or filing engine. Pilot packages cover US application preparation. No subscription or recurring charge is included.
Provisional patent preparation — $149
For one invention: a draft technical description and embodiments based on your supplied details, editable DOCX and PDF copies, unresolved inventor questions and a preparation checklist. A comprehensive prior-art search, patentability opinion, attorney review, filing, prosecution and government fees are excluded.
Trademark preparation — $49
For one proposed US mark: an owner/use checklist, goods/services preparation, preliminary database-search notes with sources, and draft application materials. Comprehensive clearance, legal advice, attorney review, filing, government fees and guaranteed registration are excluded.
Intake and delivery
The target is three business days after complete intake, counted Monday through Friday excluding US federal holidays. We confirm when intake is complete and provide the agreed delivery date. Missing information pauses preparation until resolved. If an invention exceeds the pilot scope, we will propose a separately agreed scope or refund the order rather than charge an undisclosed extra fee.
Cancellation, refunds and corrections
A full refund is available before work begins. If we miss the agreed delivery date, you may request a full refund. One correction round addressing the agreed scope is included if requested within seven calendar days of delivery. A new invention, new mark or substantially changed scope is a separate order. Contact support with your order reference. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies for a materially defective deliverable.
Preparation and filing are separate
Patty is not a law firm and this pilot does not create an attorney-client relationship. Buying a draft does not establish a filing date, secure protection or guarantee validity, novelty, enforceability or registration. Professional advice and filing are separate choices. You remain responsible for supplying accurate facts and arranging any required filing or professional review.
Your materials and AI processing
You retain ownership of your supplied materials. You may use and edit the delivered package for your own project. Upload only material you are entitled to share. Private order uploads are available to your signed-in account and Patty’s owner. Automated AI processing is not connected to uploads. Before confidential materials are sent to an external AI tool during manual preparation, we will identify the tool and applicable data practices and obtain your consent. No third-party AI transfer is authorized simply by uploading a file.
Payment and account access
Payment is handled by Stripe-hosted checkout. An order appears after verified payment confirmation; a return-page visit alone does not prove payment. Order access currently requires ChatGPT sign-in. Patty does not store your card number or password. Stripe may process payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.
