Information you provide

Interest requests include your email, patent/trademark interest, timing, permission to reply and optional update preference. Signed-in profiles include a site-specific authenticated user ID, email and optional display name. Paid orders include payment references, package, amount, status and files you choose to upload. Please use the paid-order intake for confidential material; do not place invention descriptions in the public interest form.

Purpose and access

We use information to respond to requests, manage accounts, verify orders, fulfill preparation and handle support. Optional marketing updates require separate permission. Private order files are accessible to the order’s signed-in account and Patty’s owner. They are not published in the sample workspace.

Providers

ChatGPT handles account sign-in. Vercel hosts the public website. ChatGPT Sites hosts the account application, using hosted database and object storage for records and files. Stripe handles checkout and payment data; Patty does not receive card numbers or passwords. If the email sender is configured, limited request/order contact details are sent through the email delivery provider to the owner’s notification inbox. Confidential order attachments are not included in notification emails.

AI tools and confidentiality

The illustrative demo processes no real invention. No automated AI pipeline is connected to order uploads. Manual preparation may use software and AI assistance. Before confidential files are sent to a third-party AI provider, we will identify the provider, explain its applicable data handling and obtain your consent. We do not use your uploaded invention files as public examples without your permission.

Retention and deletion

Interest requests and profiles remain until deleted or no longer needed. My account lets you export your records, stop optional updates, and delete the profile and linked interest requests. Order files can be deleted individually from the order page; you can also request deletion through support. Necessary transaction records may remain for accounting, fraud prevention and dispute handling. Deleting a profile does not cancel an order, issue a refund or delete your ChatGPT or Stripe account. File deletion removes it from active site storage; infrastructure backups may follow the hosting provider’s retention cycle.

Technical data

A temporary hashed network identifier is used to limit abusive submissions; expired rate-limit records are removed during later submissions. Hosting and payment providers may process technical data to operate and secure their services. No advertising analytics or tracking pixels are installed by Patty in this site.

Your choices

You may decline optional marketing, request access or correction, delete stored files or contact us about your information. Do not submit another person’s private information without authority. If processing practices change, this notice will be updated before the new processing is used.
